Hi! I’m Valerie.

I’m a clinical psychologist in California, where I live with my family and our beloved dog, Brownie.

I am thankful to have a career doing what I love: helping people make meaningful changes in their lives. In addition to my work and spending time with my closest people, my other loves include reading and writing, scuba and freediving, running, playing games, meeting new people, and adventuring in new places near and far.
